- In a bowl add chicken mince, add minced garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onion, and chopped coriander leaves.

- In a grill pan smear ghee and add 2-3 Sheekh Kababs on the pan, on low flame for 3-4 mins shallow fry. Set aside.
