- Blend the peppers and onions and set aside
- Wash and cook your meat and stockfish with the right amount of salt, seasoning cubes and pepper. When it's well cooked, separate the broth and set aside
- In a clean dry pot, pour in your palm oil and let it fry for a minute. Then add chopped onions and locust beans.
- Pour in the blended pepper mix and fry
- When well fried, pour in the broth and bring to a boil
- Add the beans powder and stir. Let it cook for about 15mins
- Pour in your meat, stockfish, dried or smoked fish.
- Add your crayfish and taste for salt and seasoning and add accordingly if need be. NB: Be careful of the quantity of salt. Beans can get salty easily
- Pour in your chopped vegetables (ugwu and uziza). Or any vegetable of your choice Your food should be ready in 3-5mins after this.
- Serve with any swallow of your choice ☺️
