- Take bread slices. Apply melted butter on it. On two breads apply schezwan chutney. Apply aalu masala on plain breads.
- Apply shredded cheese and mayonnaise on masala. Cover the bread with the others.
- Apply oil on it. And put in a griller for grilling. Take out when nice brown and crispy.
- Serve with sauce and mint coriander chutney.
