- 1 small [ 70 - 80 Grams ], Onion cubed
- 1-2 Green chillies
- 4-6 medium sized cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- juice from 1 small lemon🍋

- Clean and wash Whole Chicken Cut it into two lengthwise, or into four pieces. Using a fork or knife prick the chicken well so that the marination goes inside the chicken.
- Grind Onion , Fresh Ginger , Garlic cloves) , Green Chili Pepper , Tomato , Lemon Juice, Ground Black Pepper , Arabic al faham Masala, and Salt (to taste) into a fine paste.
- Marinate the chicken with this paste and cover and keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours. It's good if you can leave it overnight.
