- 1 cup Paneer (cut in cubes)
- 2 tablespoons Curd
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 2 Cloves
- 2 , cardamoms 2
- 1 Cinnamon small piece
- 1 Bay leaves
- 2 Red dry chili
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh cream
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Cashew paste
- as needed Water
- to taste to tasteSalt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder
- 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions to make to make Paneer Butter Masala
- First, marinat paneer in a bowl with curd, and 1/2 tsp each of all the spices except kasoori methi
- Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil and ghee each. Then add whole spices and fry well.
- Then add onions, Ginger garlic paste and fry well. Then mix in cashew paste and cook well.?Add tomato puree, spices and cook while stirring till oil separates.

Then mix in kasuri methi. (Add Kashmiri lal mirch powder mixed in 1/2 tablespoon hot ghee to get the red colour on gravy.)
- To serv, garnish with coriander leaves, fresh cream and more butter. Enjoy!
