- Mix in all ingredients except the cornflour and salt. Cling wrap and Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. When you are ready to cook, add in the cornflour and salt and mix well. Take small portion about 100 gms(+/-) and form flat round patty as per the size of your buns and deep fry or shallow fry or grill it on a grill pan (or airfry it). While frying the burger patty cover and fry, in this way the patty meat inside gets cooked properly. Flip on the other side and fry till it gets cooked.
- In the meantime, apply butter and grill/ toast it on a tawa or pan. Once the patty is golden brown and cooked, place it on the toasted buns and place the cheese slice on it and place lettuce leaf/ leaves on it and then the upper part of the bun and secure it with a toothpick.
