- 4-5 clove Garlic
- 1 Onions cut in long strips
- 2 tsp Mexican masala (check out in mexcian rice)

- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Salsa mix
- as required Grated cheese of your choice
- Few lettuce leaves

- For Tortillas sieve the flour alongwith baking powder and salt. Add in the ghee. Rub softly to get a crumb texture. Add in warm water, little by little, to make a soft, smooth dough. Keep it to rest for 10-15 minutes.

- For sauted mushrooms, wash the mushrooms in warm water and chop. Now in a pan, heat oil, add in garlic and onions. Saute till pink. Add the mushrooms and cook on a high. Add salt, masala, lemon juice, some coriander. Knead the dough, once again and make 5 big rolls for tortillas. Roll them, round and thin dusting some flour on the clean surface. Now on a hot griddle, cook these tortillas from both sides. Keep the covered in the kitchen towel, so they remain soft.
- Lay each tortilla and put the lettuce and tomato salsa, sauce, stuff some rice, and the sauted mushrooms. Grate some cheese, and roll the burrito, and grill it by putting some oil on both sides on the heated grill pan. Serve hot with your favorite dip. I served with mayo garlic dip.
- For the dip simply churn a few garlic with some salt and ice cubes. as it starts frothing add little oil. now add this with your mayo. dash some herbs like rosemary, chili flakes n oregano. that's it! your garlic dip is ready to get licked with these burritos!!
