  2. 1 Tsp Salt or as per taste
  3. 1-2tbsp Lemon juice

  1. In a blender, add the peeled garlic and salt first and blend / grind it. Then add the lemon juice and from the hole in lid, slowly add the olive oil till the pungent and spicy flavour of garlic gets subdued, if your jar has pouring hole on the top or add little oil in two - three times. Blend it,
  2. Till all the ingredients emulsifies and becomes smooth and creamy like mayonnaise. Serve it with pita bread, grilled chicken or anything you love to have it with.
  3. All food processor and mixer grinder are not same, if it doesn't emulsify, put it in a bowl and whisk it with a hand balloon whisk till it becomes thick and creamy. Serve with Pita Bread with kebabs, Roasted Chicken, Sawarma, Zattar Bread etc.
